Any ambiguities in the interpretation of the terms in the Terms of Use shall not be construed against the drafter.

Unless stated otherwise, the word “including” means “including, without limitation.”

The Terms of Use does not limit any rights of enforcement that we may have under copyright, patent, or other laws.

No waiver of any term of the Terms of Use will be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

If any term or provision of the Terms of Use is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such term or provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from the Terms of Use. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining terms or provisions herein.
