Recommendations for Using DSP|Set

The DSP|Set Pathway (Step-by-Step Visualization):

Sound pattern is perceived by the sensory system (hearing) Auditory nerve transmits the signal Echoic memory briefly retains the sound Further processing in the brain Query to long-term memory for recognition Identification of a specific DNA segment  Target gene determination  Gene transcription into pre-mRNA, which is then processed into mature mRNA  Mature mRNA exits the nucleus through nuclear pores into the neuron’s cytoplasm  In the cytoplasm, mRNA binds to ribosomes for translation  Ribosomes read mRNA and synthesize the corresponding protein for neuron formation (nerve cell) Neural connections are formed  Stabilization of existing networks or creation of new neural pathways.

Echoic memory is used by the auditory sensory system as a buffer memory, analogous to the visual sensory system’s buffer discussed in the “leg-raising” example.

The pathway is slightly simplified, which does not affect the formation of mental imagery during meditation.

As we remember, there are two groups of people among us: the first—those who accept the challenges that arise during meditation and begin to explore something new. The second—those who slip into denial when something doesn’t work out due to lack of experience.

We are not trying to judge anyone—there is no person who has achieved success in meditation without going through the stage of denial. Let’s start with recommendations for people with little experience or those who want to strengthen their meditation practice more firmly.

“Through meditation, we learn to hear ourselves; through effort — to evolve; and the benefits become everlasting.”

Guidelines for Using the DSP| Video Set:

Put on stereo headphones. Play your chosen DSP| Video Set and simply listen. You need to get accustomed to the sound. It should not frighten you—if it does, just relax. It won’t harm you, so don’t worry.

Take off the headphones. Sit in any comfortable position. Place your index fingers on your eardrums and mentally (visually) draw a line from one ear to the other. Repeat this process until you can form a stable line in your mind and hold that image.

Find the center point of this line and gently focus your attention on it. Feel where this point is located inside your headthis is your gateway to the unconscious. The point may try to escape your focus; this is normal—just keep going.

By now, you should be able to hold the point in your mind for at least 15 seconds. Put the stereo headphones back on and play the DSP| Video Set again. As the sound pattern begins, imagine that the sound is water flowing from both sides (your eardrums) toward the center point. The water can flow through a pipe, a bamboo stalk, or any other image—there are no limits. Visualize it however you prefer. The picture itself isn’t important; the process is.

Play the DSP| Video Set once more. Focus as intensely as possible on the water flow. Start directing the water toward the center before the sound pattern begins, and as soon as you hear it, forcefully push the water inward—like a powerful waterfall crashing into the point.

At first, maintaining this “flow” may seem difficult, but trust that with each new session of the DSP| Video Set, you’ll develop the ability to hold the image and enter the desired point automatically.

What is happening at this moment, and why is it necessary?

This is the fundamental mechanism of any meditative practice. Our primary task is to distract the conscious mind, preventing it from interfering with the formation of new neural connections—the very purpose of our work.

Our consciousness, or the ‘Self,’ is not as grand as it believes itself to be. It is what hinders us from changing habits. If you simultaneously give the conscious mind 5 to 7 focal points for attention—it shuts down.

The same mechanism is employed in churches of various religious denominations: upon entering, your sensory system is ‘loaded’ with glittering objects, fragrances, sounds, and so on. This helps you meditate on the images they offer, such as depictions of Gods.

“As we remember, the brain strives to minimize energy expenditure. It resists changes that require effort. Switching off consciousness eliminates distracting thoughts and forces the brain to work the way we need it to.”

Continuing with Recommendations

If the tasks described above seem too challenging, we suggest shifting your focus to the accompanying video—this is precisely why the product is called Video Set. Here, the task is simple: while listening to the audio pattern, let your mind wander and dream.

What to do during playback:

  • Observe the video in detail, examining every element.
  • Imagine yourself in the location you’re seeing—immerse yourself in it.
  • Visualize what lies beyond the frame; expand the scene in all directions.
  • Don’t limit your imagination! Just keep your attention on the visuals. Don’t worry if other thoughts arise; DSP | Video Set will handle the rest.
Important Note

Remember: Developing new skills takes at least 30 days. If you take a break, you’ll have to start over—there are no exceptions. Take this seriously, and the results will amaze you.

A Small Request

We also encourage you to pay attention to your emotions during practice. Emotions experienced during meditation enhance neuroplasticity. Positive emotions, in particular, promote the release of neurotrophins (such as BDNF), which support neuron growth and development.

A Few Words About DSP| Audio Set and DSP| Audio Set Relax

These products are designed for deep immersion through sound patterns that interact with different brainwave rhythms. While the basic guidelines are similar to those you’ve already read above, we’ve also included additional techniques to help quiet the conscious mind. We invite you to explore the possibilities of DNA|Sound Pattern Club and join our community of people who choose growth over stagnation. Afterword

First and foremost, we want to thank you for taking the time to explore our project. Everything you’ve read here is written with sincerity and backed by our extensive personal experience.

Now, the most important question you might have after learning about DNA|Sound Pattern is: “Do I even need this if I can do it all on my own?”

On one hand—yes, you can. You may use our framework to create the best version of yourself by applying your own imagery in meditation. And we’d be truly happy if you choose that path.

So why did we create this project?

For self-transformation to be effective, it’s crucial (we can’t stress this enough) to have the right mental imagery to work with. Many of you may have noticed that neither religious teachings nor esoteric fantasies deliver the results we truly desire. The answer is simple: No precise imagery = No results.

One last thing. It’s important to understand that our project does not offer a magic pill that will instantly change your life. We simply show you the door to transformation—today, and in the future, we’ll keep sharing the keys to that door and the ones beyond. But taking that conscious step forward is up to you, because there’s no other way—no matter what illusions others may try to sell you.

Everything that happens to you is your own doing. Only you can decide: Do you want change, or can it wait a little longer? Fear nothing, and keep moving forward.

We’re just ordinary people like you—no cosmic overlords ruling galaxies. We were simply searching for answers, and through trial and error, we developed a science-backed technology with precise imagery—DNA. Why? Because DNA contains everything we need, governs every process, and is well-studied enough for us to confidently say: Through DNA|Sound Pattern, you can change yourself.

We tried, and we succeeded. So will you.
Choose the right imagery.

With love,
The DNA|Sound Pattern Team
